Automatic Calculation for Purchase Order
For those items with enough inventory balance, you do not need to make a purchase order. Even if you may have enough balance, if these are soon to be shipped out to customers, you would need to make an order for purchases.
Current stock balance, balance that will soon be coming in or going out, minimum stock levels are all taken into consideration when calculating for purchase orders.
Internal Collection of Purchase Requests
For production departments, they can pull BOM data to have raw/sub materials needed for future production.

Accurate Inventory Bookkeeping

As you create purchasing slips, it will be applied to your inventory balance and books.
You do not need to create the same data to top up your inventory, so there will be no room for mistakes.
- Inventory Adjustment
You can adjust ECOUNT's inventory book data with the data you got from the real physical count at your warehouse.
If there is a difference between the book balance and real balance, you can see which item in which warehouse has differences.
Supplying Item On Time
With sales order deadline and expected production finishing date, you can see whether there will be an insufficiency in stock balance.
Purchase order quantity can be calculated by taking future stock in/out quantity into consideration.
If it is an item to be produced, it will be calculated based on BOM data.

Purchasing data will be applied to A/P by Vendor so that you can check pending payment to your vendors at a glance.
