Process quantity control
All quantities related to processes are managed automatically

In other words, quantity detail related to production is instantly applied to inventory, so when and where the materials were used,
its whereabouts and all records can be verified.
Quantity records for all items will be in a report form which could be seen at a glance, and can also be easily checked through the ERP search engine.
Also, it is possible to check the items that has been produced and consumed for a certain period individually, which makes it easier to manage the production performance
Automated job order
Job order consisting the production item and the necessary raw/sub material data will be automatically formed.
The completed work order sheet can be immediately sent through email or fax to the relevant PIC.
You can also add additional information and match it to the specific job order format that your company uses
When producing and ordering, it is possible to retrieve the entered job order data, which helps to process the production and purchase accurately.
Also, it is possible to compare the job order data and the actual performance, which helps you to understand the current production progress easily.

Automated cost and profit calculation
Cost is automatically calculated based on unit cost of raw/sub materials included in the product.

Outsourcing production management
You can register an outsourcing factory to easily check the progress of production and inventory quantities.
If a separate ID is assigned to the outsourced company, the production and release details can be recorded directly by the outsourced company staff.,
